We are seeking a Product Support Specialist who can write SQL Queries and enjoys working with data to solve customer challenges.

The Product Support Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity in our NYC office. You'll work alongside developers, quality analysts, and sales teams to solve critical and time sensitive problems.

Note : This position requires working on-site at our NYC location in a hybrid capacity.

What You'll Do :

Be the primary point of contact for product / data issuesUse SQL queries to research and troubleshoot client concernsManage a ticketing system to prioritize and solve client requestsInteract directly with end users via email and occasionally over the phoneEscalate complex data issues to second level support Share and update knowledge management articlesExpand your knowledge of SQL, large data sets, and options markets

Skills You'll Need :

Bachelor’s degreePassion for problem solvingtaking complex data issues and translate it into digestible terms Ability to write SQL queries An understanding of basic networking and file transfer protocols conceptsAbility to thoroughly troubleshoot and articulate issues to clientSpecial attention to detail and a willingness to document changes

Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time.
