About the position :
Were looking for an experienced Product Support Specialist with a great eye for details and a huge passion for technology to join our growing CS team in TLV.
As our Inbound Tech Support Specialist you will be working together with the CS team and R&D team on executing a well-designed on-boarding experience and on-going support.
- Manual testing of DataRails product
- Handle cases until resolution for assigned customer accounts with hands-on approach
- Demonstrate ownership over cases, tickets, championing customer feature requests and case resolution
- Create and run tests and use case scenarios to ensure the quality of the system and its internal / external interfaces
- Assure that our customers will enjoy a top-notch product
- Work with Customer Success teams to support the onboarding process, knowledge transfer, and the system setup, collaborate with the development teams
- Update and maintain our bug tracking system
- Build our product knowledge base
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position (QA / support / IT / application engineer etc.) A must
- Proficient with test documentation (STD and STP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A must
- Experienced with managing bug life cycle
- Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle
- Great ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and Hebrew language skills - Spoken and written (including technical writing)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
