Responsibilities :

Assist clients via phone, email, and in-person with a variety of inquiries and requests

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues

Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system

Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction

Educate clients on product features and usage to enhance their experience

Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly

Support the development of client training materials and documentation

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Previous experience in a client support or helpdesk role is advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software

A proactive and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
