Aarris Healthcare is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our wonderful team. This role will market Aarris Non-medical Homecare Services as well as our Medical Staffing Services.

Essential Functions :

  • The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences.
  • You will help establish and maintain contacts and relationships with key individuals who are requesting services.
  • Maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information and referring our services with other professionals within the hospital, long term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices and others in the community.
  • Assist with account development strategies to sell to and secure growth in account market share with large complex organizations.
  • Complete other assignments as requested and assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Prior experience or strong interest in the healthcare services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.
  • Self-driven and independent with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, basic knowledge of office and typing skills, good writing & creative skills, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency with technology including CRM tools, communication platforms, Microsoft Office (i.e.Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals under short deadlines, changing priorities & minimal resources.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
