LVMH Fashion Group is actively seeking a dynamic Manager of Accounts Payable to join our team! This pivotal role involves overseeing and actively participating in the full cycle of accounts payable processing, with a primary focus on implementing process improvements to ensure timely payments.
Shall work closely with Treasury and Controller in ensuring strict controls on processes and close compliance to all company policies on handling expenses and payments.
This position supervises an Accounts Payable Associates.
Principal Responsibilities :
Invoice Processing
- Receiving and verifying invoices, check request and expense reports
- Ensuring all invoices and expense reports are properly coded and approved
- Entering invoices into accounting system for payment
- Monitoring accounts to ensure vendor payments are timely and minimize risk of delinquency charges to the company
- Creating and maintaining accurate and complete vendor files
- Vendor relationship management - build trustworthy relationships with our vendors
- Identifying, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Preparation of 1099 Forms
- On-going review of the Accounts Payable aging
- Suggest improvements in processes to increase effectiveness of the department
Payment Processing (via check, ACH, wire transfers)
T&E expense reimbursement, petty cash, Amex upload
Reporting & Analysis
- Vendor and Expense analysis
- Open payables as of month-end report

Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related major, preferred.
- 3+ years of managerial experience with direct reports.
- 5+ years of accounts payable or related experience.
- Prior experience with employee expenses (Concur, AMEX, or similar).
- Experience with D365 preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized & detail oriented
- Close compliance to strict reporting deadlines
- Background in JD Edwards and Microsoft AX

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000-100,000 (per yr) The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
