Fuel & Car Wash Sales Specialist Job Description

Job Description Summary : The Fuel and Car Wash Sales Specialist is responsible for selling fuel and car wash to small businesses customers, teaching and training both store and district managers on car wash and fuel operations and delivering results for B2B.

Essential Duties :

Fuel & Car Wash Store Engagement & Training

• Drive to select stores to meet with and train Store and District Managers on car wash operations, sales, and subscriptions as well as B2B fuel cards.
• Walk through Circle K car wash and look for opportunities for training and development and communicate effectively with operators.
• Take notes to recap visits with store manager and district managers after training sessions.
• Creates an active learning environment with required training materials and positive energy to facilitate training.
• Partners with RDO’s to drive fuel and car wash business through reviewing data analytics.
• Visits small businesses with car fleets to sell B2B fleet cards and car wash packages.
• Utilize multiple selling methods to gain sales including but not limited to presentations, cold calling, hosting event, etc.
• Knowledge of technical processes and troubleshooting for fuel and car wash fleet services.
• Communicates B2B fuel leads in an efficient and timely manner to facilitate sales.
• Manages own schedule and communicates regularly with supervisor on work plans.
• Seeks professional development in sales to enhance skills and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• Previous sales, event coordination or related retailing promotion / site operations experience preferred
• Effective communication skills to fully explain and promote the Circle K unlimited car wash program
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers to start engagement about the unlimited wash program
• Portray a high energy level and positive attitude to make events and customer engagement exciting
• Ability to effectively coach and correct issues related to program execution
• Effective time management to complete events, inspections and follow up items in a timely manner
• Ability to work in fast paced, challenging and ever-changing retail environment with flexibility of schedule changes
• Self-motivated individual who can work without direct supervision
• Ability to work well with team members, store operations and internal departments
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
