In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Clubhouse leadership team in all Food and Beverage areas of service to include but not limited to a la carte, dinner, lounge, Social Club Offerings, comfort station, range house, and Banquet Operations.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
At least 3 years of food and beverage experience and prior leadership experience is required. Upscale resort, hotel, or country club experience is a plus.

JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the staff during lunch and dinner service in the restaurant to include the lounge, dining room, and patio.
- Maintain high visibility in dining room to receive members and guests and to ensure prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service.
- Assist the Clubhouse Manager with training and developing the dining staff through ongoing education.
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items to include cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we’re a family serving family.
- Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner.
Direct feedback, questions, and comments to appropriate manager or department.
- Promote and maximize food and wine sales potential via team member suggestive selling.
- Provide ongoing updates and revisions of the member profile system.
- Responsible for flow management, concentrating on busy areas first.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions :
- Required to be on feet for long periods of time.
- Required to work, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
