as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 240 stores in 22 Midwest states from Maryland to
Nebraska.

individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability
to provide our customers an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment
with variety in the day to day routine.
We are currently seeking Key Team Lead (Key Holder). This position will carry keys to the store and
will be part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities include :
Provide excellent customer service is the primary responsibility. Store opening and closing
responsibilities. Merchandising, operational, administrative functions within the store. Leading and
training a staff in providing exceptional customer service throughout the store.
