As the Digital Marketing Specialist , you will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our company and its solutions.

This role will play a crucial part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads / customers.

Requirements

What you'll need :

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business, a related field or equivalent working experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with paid campaigns, organic social media, email, and website
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Excellent understanding of lead nurturing and scoring processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus

What you'll do :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Plan, manage, and create content for our social media platforms to build a strong online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Oversee and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Conduct SEO audits, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and continuously monitor and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to drive new business opportunities and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing strategies while optimizing for user experience and performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned / necessary

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen)
  • This position is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to be in The Helper Bees physical office multiple times each week, and during special events as needed.

During remote work days, this position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States.

Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
