Training Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Management Training Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our onsite team members by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values, and provide Yardi support and training.

Your primary objective will be to boost performance and knowledge of the Yardi platforms, and drive professional growth within our organization.

As a Training Associate, you will collaborate with our Lead Trainer identifying training gaps and develop target solutions to address them, so that all team members are proficient and feel confident using Yardi products and systems.

To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience with Yardi CRM, and Site Manager software, as well as a strong passion for learning and development, ability to effectively communicate, and engage with team members at all levels.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will be critical to delivering impactful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training

• Conduct training sessions for on-site team members based on identified needs. Develop and update training materials and programs to ensure they are current and effective.
• Provide one-on-one training and support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• At least two years of experience with the Yardi platform as an active user in the software.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist Team Lead with onboarding by acclimating new team members to company, community, and conduct orientation sessions
• Assist with developing team members for their next step of their career path
• Works on special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven on-site experience in property management.
• Expert-level knowledge of Yardi Voyager, CRM Flex, and CRM IQ.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and / or Experience :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property management or related field preferred

Computer Skills :

Knowledge of Yardi, Microsoft Access, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Windows Operating System

Language Proficiency :

Must be able to speak, read and write in English, in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
