Job Title : Quality Technician

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Santa Ana, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control checks on our products and ensuring that they meet all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all quality control checks and inspections
• Perform inspections on incoming materials and finished products
• Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Identify non-conforming product and its disposition
• Inspect and report Calibration status for all equipment
• Conduct first article inspection reports (FAIR), and Net-Inspect filling
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
• Document and report any quality issues to management
• Conduct customer source Inspections
• Participate in Internal Audits

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control role
• Strong mindfulness and ability to identify defects
• Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
• IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 standard compliant
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• FAIR submission to Net-Inspect knowledge a plus.
• AOI and X-Ray knowledge a plus.
