Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Internal customers, service organizations as well as external contractors.
- Establishes scopes, schedules, priorities between ASML and other external vendors for procurement, installations, maintenance and life cycle management for required infrastructure equipment.
- Works with the Service Delivery Manager to stay current on the strategies and development of the customers business, and ensures the overall objectives are being met appropriately.
- Ensure communication systems for voice, data, video telecommunications network circuits and equipment in existing and new sites / locations.
- Plans in house network cabling installations by applying technical specifications and preparing an installation schematic including cabling plan and IT room requirements by site.
- Other duties as assigned and job description is subject to change as business needs evolve.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, information technology, or similar field preferred.
- Construction management or general contractor helpful.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience as a telecommunications specialist, IT support, network administration or similar.
- Experience with standard ITIL processes in support of incidents, change control, problem management, and configuration management.
- Network cabling certification for copper and fiber infrastructures : BISCI, ETA, etc.
- Experience working in a large company with multiple sites and regions.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven planning and execution for large scale construction / IT projects with 5 to 7 years of experience managing medium to large projects with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule.
- At least five years working in a supervisory role supporting technology / information systems across major enterprise business systems and customer support service centers on a regional basis.
- Certification and standards for telecommunications, cabling and network infrastructure including cabling infrastructure, data center buildouts, and power / cooling requirements.
- Expertise in access security including badge swipe, CCTV, DVR, and other building surveillance systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical requirements for IT, building management systems, and other manufacturing related systems.
- Understanding of the functional capabilities and system architecture in the technology and information systems required.
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of technology solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building at all levels in the organization.
Able to present highly complex ideas in a clear manner.
- Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and / or graphical formats.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and electronic e-mail systems.
- Self-driven tactical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time in the US and abroad. After hours support for projects and operations as needed.

- This position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves when required to do so.
