Responsibilities of Warehouse Administrator include but are not limited to :
- Assisting with inbound traffic in Warehouse group email address
- Physical filing and document scanning
- Printing and data entry for daily cycle count process
- Safety Program coordinator
- Monitor reports such as Open IR, Pick Ticket and Transfer reports and take action as necessary
- Data collection
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications of the Warehouse Administrator include, but are not limited to :
- At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple people and groups to complete a given task
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Data entry skills, highly organized and ability to multi-task
Additional Information :
Physical Demand : Ability to lift to 50 lbs. required.
Working Conditions : Office and warehouse environments.
Shift Time / Overtime : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, occasional overtime.
Travel : N / A.
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
