HR & Admin Generalist Direct Hire $30-$33 per hour 100% On Site 8am-5pm Main Duties or Job Description :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment activities : job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection assistance.
- Facilitate new hire orientation programs and conduct employee orientation sessions.
- Assist in performance management : goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing HR policy guidance, and resolving issues or conflicts.
- Assist in training and development : identifying needs, coordinating programs, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in HR reporting and analysis, generating metrics and reports for management.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and department heads, including correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, report preparation, and record maintenance.
- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining organization, managing supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the company.
Wants on Resume :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- 5-7 years proven experience in an HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
