- Takeresponsibility for projects andpursuits
- Providetechnical leadership toteam
- Assistwith business development by developing strategic plans marketingactivities client development and presentation / proposaldevelopment
- Must be involvedin a professionalsociety
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree inengineering
- 8 years ofdesign experience in transportation engineering highway design andlocal streetdesign
- PELicense
- Experienceworking with WisDOTdesign / standards
- Projectmanagement experience working withWisDOT
- Knowledgeof AutoCAD / Civil3Dsoftware
Salary iscommensurate withexperience.
