Responsibilities :
- Leadproject team (set priorities, develop objectives, team financial management andproject staffing)
- Takeresponsibility for projects and pursuits
- Providetechnical leadership to team
- Assistwith business development by developing strategic plans, marketing activities,client development and presentation / proposal development
- Mustbe involved in a professional society
- Mentor / trainjunior staff
Requirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree in engineering
- 8+years of design experience in transportation engineering, highway design andlocal street design
- PELicense
- Experienceworking with WisDOT design / standards
- Projectmanagement experience working with WisDOT
- Knowledgeof AutoCAD / Civil3D software
Salary iscommensurate with experience.
