Job Title : Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager
Location : Hybrid (Minimum of three days in the office per week)
Summary : This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in financial analysis and project management, ideally within public accounting, consulting, or professional services.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing indirect categories, handling complex agreements, and working closely with directors and executives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategic sourcing efforts for indirect categories, ensuring effective management of complex agreements and supplier relationships.
- Oversee financial analysis and project management activities to support sourcing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with directors and executives to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor a team, including one direct report, to maximize performance and achieve sourcing objectives.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and create compelling business cases to support sourcing decisions and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement in sourcing practices.
- Travel approximately 10% to supplier locations as needed.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and project management, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Certified Supply Chain Certification (e.g., CPSM) preferred.
- Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with formulas and complex spreadsheets. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Industry : Experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services is essential.
- Other : Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing strategies hands-on. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills are necessary.
Ability to manage travel requirements.
