Sr. Human Resources Business Partner Job Details :

  • Schedule : 8-5, M-F
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Pay Rate : 95K - 100K

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior Human Resource Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support for Griffith Foods Lithonia operations.

The role is responsible for providing robust internal customer support to both leadership and team members while driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Sr. Human Resources Business Partner Job Description :

Change Enablement : Drive change by supporting initiatives, providing insight to leadership through the lens of stakeholders, effective communication and thorough follow-up from the voice of employees.

Bring forward unique needs of manufacturing population and management.

  • Data Analysis : Leverage data analysis and monitoring of KPIs to improve performance and culture. Manage data collection, analysis and report generation aligned to needs of the business within our HRIS platform.
  • Employee Development : Takes proactive and strategic approach in addressing organization capability gaps and supplies talent development processes and solutions.

Trains, develops, and mentors middle management and supervisory operations leaders in the effective Talent Management by providing guidance and coaching to achieve goals and objectives.

Employee Engagement / Relations : Work with leaders to develop and implement broad-based employee engagement solutions.

Air grievances; investigates and resolves plant employee relations issues. Maintain all required legal and governmental labor postings.

Interfaces with all employees on a day-to-day basis (as required) to build and maintain a healthy and positive culture within the site.

Performance Management : Work with managers to set business aligned and measurable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback.

Support management to ensure annual process is executed effectively, in a compliant and fair way, and within timelines.

  • Talent Acquisition : Develop proactive strategies to attract key talent. Manage talent acquisition process for all associate level roles, including conduct new hire
  • orientation.
  • Compensation : Align company strategy and goals with external market data and other factors to execute programs. Support management in executing salary planning process.
  • Operations : Oversees, coordinates, and manages all Human Resources policies and procedures for the site. Perform operational / tactical human resources activities and project as required.
  • Management : Manages some HR vendor relationships including uniforms and temporary staffing agency partnerships. Responsible for coaching and development of HR Administrator.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for HRIS and timesheet data and processes. Provides training, support and general troubleshooting for various levels of users.
  • Provides leadership in recruiting, screening and interviewing of plant employees.
  • Partners with Claims Management vendor to effectively manage our Disability Claims Management program.

Sr. Human Resources Business Partner Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years progressive experience in Human Resources, 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Must be a self-starter with the proven ability to successfully perform in a changing environment
  • Ability to influence effectively through use of data analytics, strategic focus and cultural perspective.
  • Collaborative approach in working with others in a diverse, inclusive organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven capability to partner closely with mid-senior level leadership.
  • Proficient with MS Programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word & Outlook.
  • Must be able to travel 10%.
