Join our company's IT team as an IT Level 2 and play a pivotal role in maintaining our backend infrastructure and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Utilize great phone skills to provide effective desktop support services and resolve escalated IT requests.
  • Take ownership of technologies and ensure adherence to standards and procedures in all IT activities.
  • Document requests, projects, and new setups meticulously to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform complex problem-solving and assistance on diverse software applications.
  • Continuously communicate and update customers on the progress of IT requests.
  • Inherit and take full accountability for the backend infrastructure, including servers and accountable software.
  • Train and mentor other technicians and teammates in the IT department.
  • Execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and other departments to enhance IT solutions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work hand in hand with other team members across different tiers to ensure seamless IT operations

Required Skills :

  • Confidence and positivity to take ownership of IT responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for technology and a drive to work with enthusiasm and passion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and thinking outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Active Directory, deployments, networking, and Office 365.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years in the IT field and min 1 year experiences as a level 2 helpdesk technician
  • Ability to travel based on demand
