The position is responsible for a wide variety of inventory related activities to ensure the accountability and overall flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse facility;

Track product shipping errors, ensure inventory counts are accurate, conduct audits, review accuracy of documents related to inventory. Job Description :

• Daily research of Company product shipping errors for individual bottle pulls and full cases
• Utilize the Companys technological tools to verify accuracy of inventory shipped
• Provide regular pro-active updates so management is well informed and updated regarding all open issues with inventory
• Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records
• Counting all types of products for the warehouse to ensure inventory records are accurate
• Identify and propose solutions for inventory issues and resolutions, such as out-of-stock inventory, damages, and discrepancies
• Prepare various inventory related reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements :

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Prefer 1-3 years of inventory control experience
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledgeable of AS400 is a plus
• Strong math skills
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly
• Good verbal / written communication skills
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and highly organized is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Must have flexibility with schedule to work earlier or later based on business needs

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
