Portage Path Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance. The primary purpose of this position is to establish and maintain an effective Quality Assurance and Improvement Program agency-wide, ensure compliance with designated accreditation standards, and document relevant clinical policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain an effective Quality Assurance & Improvement program throughout the entire agency.
  • Develop and maintain risk management activities and ensure that the organization meets designated certifications and accreditation standards.
  • Function as the organization’s HIPAA compliance officer.
  • Function as the organization's Client Rights officer.
  • Review, update, create, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Establish and report outcomes.
  • Monitor compliance through regular audits, data gathering, analysis, and continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Report to the Vice President of Operations.

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualifications of a Clinical Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active Clinical Ohio License.
  • Direct experience in a field related to mental health.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Improvement, auditing, program evaluation, data analysis and reporting, as well as risk management principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience directing a Quality Improvement Department and overseeing compliance with accreditation.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable accreditation standards and agency policies and procedures.
  • Ability to plan and implement policy and procedure changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
