Whatyou will bedoing :
- Showcasing yourunique culinary skills and creativity in any food you cookto create a memorable dining experience with yourfood!
- Collaborate with your team members in thekitchen managers and restaurant staff and provide supportand updates throughoutservice.
- Work in a team and sometimesautonomously and be responsible for the management of your workstation.
- Prepare and cookmenu items such as dressings sauces appetizers sides andentrees.
- Prep wash and chop meal components forlarger dishes and plate meals according to Sofitelstandards.
- Restock kitchen items clean prepstation and put away equipment as required per kitchenstandard.
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- 3 yearscooking experience with at least 1 year of previousexperience in a restaurant with French / American cuisinea la carte facility.
- Knowledge of foodsafety cleanliness and passionate about food and customerservice.
- Ability to prep and cook menu itemsaccording to instructions / recipe.
- A positivecando attitude and an ability to multitask in a fast paced excitingenvironment while working alongside a diverse group ofcolleagues.
- Skilled in communicating withcolleagues and naturally engage withall.
