Your role in our mission
- Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products
- Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution
- Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system and end-user applications
- Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients and the IT field
- Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations
- Experience with Healthcare IT, Medicaid and Payer systems is desired.
- Experience with Claims Adjudication and Processing and QNXT systems with good understanding of the QNXT SQL Server data model.
- Good understanding of HIPAA ASC X12 transaction sets for healthcare (834, 837, 277, 835, 997 / 9, 270 / 1, 276 / 7, 820) and QNXT.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, SDLC.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
