Job Description

Let's break down the basics :

• Department : SaaS & BPaaS - Technical Operations
• Location : Remote
• Manager : Production Support Lead / Manager, Technical Operations
• Direct Reports : None

Your mission at IntegriChain :

The mission of this role is to provide Technical Support for IntegriChain's Contracts & Pricing system.

What this role entails :

• Work through the team's ticketing system
• Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of IntegriChain's core systems and services
• Ensure resolution or workaround and escalation to complex and / or escalated application issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in their implementation
• Work effectively across users and technical teams to understand issues, problems, and solutions
• Document resolutions and internal procedures and update the Support Knowledge Base
• Work with existing team members to resolve more complex issues through training

Qualifications

What you'll need to thrive in this role :

• Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
• Proven track record of learning new tools or programming languages
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What you'll bring to the table :

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in either application support or data analysis
• Strong database and SQL experience (Oracle and Postgres preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with one or more programming / scripting languages
