Primary Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE :

The Director of Promotion Management is a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the company’s trade and consumer promotional strategies across channels and retail partners. This role will oversee a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class promotion planning, execution, analytics, and ROI measurement — ensuring that every promotion drives profitable growth, strengthens KeHE’s value within the marketplace, and maximizes retailer collaboration. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Supplier Partners to ensure promotional investments align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
