Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Document support requests and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions. Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.

Assist in the onboarding of new employees with IT setup and training. Work collaboratively with the IT team to escalate complex issues as necessary.
