O.A.T in delivering an exceptional home buying experience to clients! This position requires a go-getter attitude! You will contact incoming team leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home.

Compensation : $100,000+ depending on motivation and drive

Compensation :

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities :

• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Qualifications :

• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Be ready to dive into an exciting and energetic work atmosphere
• Have a valid Real Estate License or be actively enrolling in a Real Estate license course
• Organizes and manages time effectively
• Technology-driven
• Interested in sales or has sales experience
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Ability to operate in a high-paced environment

What we ask of you :

• Be a licensed real estate agent, or currently enrolled in a real estate licensing program. We are happy to talk with you about your career plans and provide you with real estate school recommendations
• Be ready to dive into an extensive training program designed for success. Must be licensed to begin training
• Be ready to devote yourself to team commitments and a FULL-TIME career of growing your real estate business. (Commission-based, part-time agents DO NOT apply)
• Be a team player! Learn from and accept feedback from the team and share your ideas and strategies.
• Be enthusiastic and positive with the team and clients
• You don't need to know how to do everything. We will help guide you and teach you to think and be solution-focused
