The Metropolitian Club is looking for a top-performing Part-Time Administrative Assistant .
The Metropolitan Club is looking for a professional, friendly part-time administrative assistant who can make our team more efficient by handling a variety of tasks, from entering reservations to creating name tags.
Marketing, accounting, and customer service experience is necessary. The ability to learn and retain learning is vital. Computer efficiency is a must.
The job could be largely remote but will require an on-call attitude and approach to handling requests timely and efficient.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Metropolitan Club Part Time Administrative Assistant include :
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Work with clients to resolve any billing or invoice questions
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Generate status reports as requested, so the team is informed of progress reports
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
Requirements for the Metropolian Club Part-Time Administrative Assistant include :
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Some college experience preferred
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- History of being deadline-driven and highly organized
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
