Reporting Relationship :
You'll report directly to the Franchise Owner and work closely with the Commercial Production Manager to craft and execute dynamic marketing strategies that align with our business goals and market opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Be the voice of our brand on social media and in our monthly newsletters.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting relationships with current customers and turn leads into loyal clients.
- Client Visits : Hit the road for monthly in-person visits to clients and prospects.
- Promotions : Design and roll out monthly promotions to keep clients engaged.
- Outreach : Cold call and email potential leads, opening doors for new business.
- CRM Management : Keep our CRM updated and humming along smoothly.
- Networking : Represent us at BOMA, IREM, CAI events, and other networking opportunities.
- Client Engagement : Take clients out for coffee, lunches, happy hours, and host team-building events.
- Vendor Collaboration : Team up with vendor networking groups and host events that wow our customers.
- Trade Shows & Conferences : Attend and represent our brand at industry events.
- Lunch and Learn : Lead presentations that inform and attract prospective clients.
- Estimating & Presentations : Work with the Commercial Production Manager to create estimates and present them to clients with confidence.
