Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, PA (ST&R) is a leading international trade law firm with offices in the United States, Hong Kong, and China.
We are seeking a Technical Admin with CRM Experience to join our team. This position is Remote Eastern Time zone (ET)
The ideal candidate will assist Data Administrator and Program Coordinator with running reports, downloading data from various broker sites and from the CBP ACE portal, preparing protests to be filed with CBP through ACE, PDF Authoring, and other related tasks as needed.
Intermediate / Advanced skills in Excel. Skills in Word, PDF Authoring, and Outlook are required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Candidate should have an aptitude for learning new applications and programs.
Must possess ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Responsibilities :
- Organizing and prioritizing work with tight deadlines
- Uploading data to Salesforce
- Downloading documentation and reports from various portals
- PDF Authoring of documents
- General administrative duties
Qualifications :
- This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a customs broker environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Knowledge of CRM platform (Salesforce a plus)
