Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support as needed (typing, answering e-mails)
  • Assist in the preparation of purchases orders
  • Track deliveries in existing excel grids
  • Assist in completion of projects as directed

Requirements : Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of broadcast files / media types a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Will be trained on additional proprietary software
  • Education : Batchelor's degree required
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be reliable, flexible and able to handle confidential information

Compensation :

$20.00 / hour - $24.00 / hour
