Truss Designer Ideal Candidate :
- 3-5 years exp. Minimum
- Mitek software user
- Residential (custom homes) and commercial (multifamily, hotels, senior living, agriculture). More residential heavy, but good experience on both sides is ideal.
Estimating / Sales Ideal Candidate : need 1-2 residential and 1-2 commercial.
- BlueBeam software proficiency
- Can read blueprints and perform their own takeoffs.
- Selling to contractors on both residential and commercial side. Home builders and commercial builders
- Small book of business
