About the Opportunity :
Position Time / Hours : On-Call variable / flexible hours- details to be discussed at interview - Pay range $19.00 to $20.
50 / hour depending on experience.
Job Summary :
Works under the weekly supervision of the Restorative Services Clinical Program Manager in the planning, support, implementation and evaluation of court ordered Restorative Services for youth and families in the community setting.
Provides education, support, direction and modeling of behavior management techniques to clients and families on court related processes in order for clients to gain competency needed to aid and assist in court defense.
Within the guidelines and direction established by the supervisor, oversees and coordinates implementation of the Restorative Services plan in the community setting.
Assists in the coordination of services provided by other professionals as prescribed in the Restorative Services plan. Consults with team members, agency personnel, community professionals and family members regarding current client issues.
Travel throughout the state will be required as part of this position including some overnight travel.
About You :
Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas :
- Ensure the safety, security and confidentiality of clients and families
- Model, coach and counsel clients regarding skills as outlined in Restorative Services goals through individual and family skills training.
- Work with supervisor to coordinate the implementation of Restorative Services Plan to address the strengths and concerns of clients and their families
- Provide education and modeling of behavioral management techniques to client and adult caregivers modeling professionalism, effective communication, problem solving and decision making that promote clients Restorative Services goals.
- Monitor and document client progress toward goal attainment in accordance with agency standards and complete professional documentation as required by agency policies.
- Participate in weekly supervision with direct supervisor, group supervision with colleagues and staff meetings with Restorative Services team as scheduled.
Professional Requirements :
- Ability to comprehend and work effectively with a variety of community providers, family members, other professionals and children in various settings.
- Demonstrated ability to impact effectively in writing, i.e., proper grammar, correct punctuation and thoughts well organized
- Demonstrated knowledge of family systems and processes, and how to work with individuals in a family system.
- Demonstrated ability to productivity standards professionally, ethically and efficiently as assigned by the Restorative Services Clinical Program Manager
- Demonstrated assertiveness to respectfully confront others and be comfortable in conflict situations without aggressiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to establish clear and appropriate boundaries in relationships with clients and the handling of confidential information
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively and accurately organize and process large volumes of detailed paperwork.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate complex projects involving multiple priorities and tasks.
Education : bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field
Experience : Two (2) full years’ experience as a direct care worker with at-risk children and youth in a treatment setting preferred

Pay Equity : Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role.
However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education.
