Healthcare Services Group is hiring a Clinical Divisional Staffing Coordinator (Talent Acquisition) for our Registered Dietitian Division.
This role will be a hybrid position at our corporate office in Bensalem, PA.
Position Summary
Healthcare Services Group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a vital role in identifying and acquiring top talent for Registered Dietitian roles across 48 states.

Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy and Support :
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Lead monthly virtual or in person recruiting training
- Attend annual in-person meetings with corporate recruiting team to discuss best practices and share ideas.
- Attend monthly virtual or in person district, regional, and divisional meetings as necessary.
- Manage the recruiting spend for area of responsibility (quantify spends and results, monitor, provide backup)
- Work closely with marketing and recruiting departments to establish and maintain branding that can be used appropriately on social media.
Compliance and Documentation :
- Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate correspondence, interview notes, and compliance documentation.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve the overall hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years proven recruitment experience; clinical or medical services recruiting experience a MUST; agency experience a plus
- Experience with high volume and hard to source positions within the medical industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software, iCIMS experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to travel 10% (job fairs, annual meetings) Knowledge of general principles of recruiting.
