SAP S4 HANA Solutions Architect

LaSalle Network is partnering with a food and agriculture company to identify an SAP S4 HANA Solutions Architect to join their team.

The SAP S4 HANA Solutions Architect will collaborate with other architects and IT teams to create and maintain proper application documentation.

They will also ensure that the key business applications like SAP S / 4HANA system are used to full capability based on business requirements.

This role is onsite in Salisbury, Maryland. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

SAP S4 HANA Solutions Architect Responsibilities :

• Lead a virtual team to design and plan all applications and cloud-based technology solutions with a focus on adherence to best practices and architecture design and documentation
• Set document standards and oversee maintenance of documentation for all components of the application landscape. Ensure adoption of these standards, and consolidation of all documentation are completed and regularly maintained
• Stay current with latest technology trends, SAP S / 4HANA latest developments and best practices. Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and drive digital transformation
• Collaborate with Information Security team to ensure security standards are adopted and maintained throughout the application landscape
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams. Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions
• Mentor others in IT, focusing on design, planning and technical knowledge transfer
• Work directly with multiple levels within the IT, the business and Vendor organizations to understand relevant product and service roadmaps and the integration into the current landscape

SAP S4 HANA Solutions Architect Requirements :

• 7+ years' experience designing and implementing enterprise applications
• 2+ years of experience with cloud solution design
• 3+ years in an application architecture role
• Proven experience as an SAP S / 4HANA Solution Architect, with a track record of successful implementations
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices, methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of Information Security best practices and how they are implemented to protect on- premises and cloud-based applications
• Experience with cloud solution design
• Strong written and oral communication skills, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and abilities of new technologies
