Customer Service Rep

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous experience in a call center environment .

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through both phone and written communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish .
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, process transactions, and manage accounts as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Previous call center or customer service experience is required (minimum 1-2 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working with diverse customer bases.
• Knowledge of common call center performance metrics (e.g., average handle time, first call resolution).
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technology quickly.
