What you'll do as an Accounts Payable Specialist :
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for :
- Full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching, statement reconciliation, PO review, and payment processing.
- Working in a high-volume, high-producing environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Utilizing your intermediate to advanced Excel skills and 10-key experience to excel in your role as the Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Shared services experience and medical / manufacturing industry knowledge are a plus.
What we need from you as an Accounts Payable Specialist :
- 3-5+ years of accounts payable experience with proficiency in 3-way matching.
- Excel skills and 10-key experience.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
- Shared services experience, medical / manufacturing experience, and familiarity with PO review are desirable.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. This is a fully on-site role.
