About the Job :
Quality, efficiency, and safety play a significant role in our work at Danone. We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for our yogurt manufacturing plant in West Jordan, Utah.
In this role, you will lead the plant engineering team, oversee all capital projects, and support various operational aspects of the site.
Responsibilities include coordinating projects, budgeting, managing CAPEX, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with standards.
About You :
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, or mathematics discipline
- 7-10 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably in CPG beverage / food manufacturing
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification(s) a plus
- Proficiency in Project Management, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge in various engineering areas related to food processing and packaging equipment
