EGA is focused on enhancing safety and efficiency of multiple industries with products such as : work platforms, crossovers, stacking racks, carts, stairways, ladders and many other warehouse accessories.

About the Role :

The Account Manager has the responsibility of developing and managing and relationships and metrics with key customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Identify market trends & shifts, providing insights and recommendations to the customer and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering to ensure customer needs are met
  • Manage key accounts' metrics and objectives for success
  • Inform customers of product line, capabilities, and value proposition
  • Source new sales opportunities through customer needs
  • Relay voice of customer to other appropriate parties internally
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Provide quotes to customers for requested product

Qualifications :

Account management and business development experience

Experience in the material handling industry

Strong communication and presentation skills

Negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
