You are :

An experienced Network Operations Engineer

The Work :

Operational role supporting internal, shared, and client owned infrastructure housed within various sites and data centers.

The team is required to support client infrastructure 24x7x365 and adhere to SLA / OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times.

Environments consist of mainly Cisco devices, Fortinet, F5 Phyical & Virtual equipment. Devices consist of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS / IDS, Load balancers and virtual appliances.

This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role are Cincinnati, OH;

Columbus, OH; and Tampa, FL. Qualified applicants in other targeted locations may be considered

Here’s what you need :

• Minimum of 1 year with Cisco IOS1
• Minimum of 3 years of General Network Engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Fortinet experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Load Balancing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience

Bonus Points :

• Cloud Networks Certifications : CCNA, CCNP, Cloud Fundamentals
• Good written and communication skill.

Must be a willing to be a Team player, prioritize, multi- tasking, assisting Security team and also other peripheral teams.

Role is not client facing but can be management facing.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
