Position Title : Facilities Coordinator
Location : Indianapolis, IN 46204 - 5 days per week
Pay : $35-$37 / hr
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Job Type : FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, Onsite
Shift : M-F;
Role :
Open / close our welcome desk with our guest registration iPads, checking in guests, customers, and visitors with heightened hospitality and security.
We also issue temporary badges to employees that have forgotten their badge. In the day we may also fill out work orders for building and elevator access, work orders for different facilities needs, move furniture around for an event, handle catering coming in, assisting facilities and events teams with tasks.
Required Skills
- 2+ years' relevant work experience (facilities management and / or guest services)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite programs (Gmail, Gcal, Sheets, and Slides)
- Highly personable, professional and customer service focused with great attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including some nights and weekends) as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lds, and work on your feet for up to 2 hours at a time
