Pay Range : $80 - $100 per hour

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Morgan Hill on a contract basis until the end of the year.

In this role, you will provide strategic HR support, focusing on key areas such as employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

You will collaborate with leadership and HR teams to drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the management team in handling complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics such as diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address workforce planning needs and organizational restructuring.
  • Assist in the design and execution of employee retention and recognition programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is a plus.
  • HCI certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role, preferably in a contract or project-based environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
