Join our team as a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator, a role that is crucial to our operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and closing maintenance services efficiently.
You'll work closely with the Lead Dispatcher, assisting with paperwork, and serving as a backup dispatcher when needed.
General :
Work hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional OT
Primary Job Functions :
- Manage daily schedules for Dispatchers
- Handle all scheduling logistics
- Maintain open communication with the management team
- Manage billing, finalize invoices, and order inventory
- Field calls, open new service work orders, and review client histories
- Work OT if needed to achieve company goals

- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- High School Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the State and Federal DOT
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences, including phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing organization
- A superior work ethic
- Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
