As the Corporate Trainer, you will be tasked with delivering training programs that drive business results and ensure we have the necessary skills to execute on our strategy.

Our training and development programs are key to our ability to attract and retain top performers and get the most out of them.

As a company, we want to be known for our training.

Responsibilities

  • Track training by individual through our learning management system.
  • Administer internal training programs such as our Operations Leadership Development Program, Sales Development Program, Driver Apprentice Program, etc.
  • Lead weekly New-Hire Orientation meetings
  • Contribute to training design initiatives
  • Administer internal surveys on employee engagement, training effectiveness, and 360 feedback
  • Record, edit and produce training videos to be hosted on our learning management system
  • Manage our development planning process
  • Contribute to various projects & initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have an aptitude for learning software tools
  • Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving history
  • Must be willing to travel to any of our 13 locations (10-20%)
