Strategic Sourcing Specialist
The Sourcing Analyst Specialist will manage a pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing engagements within the team. This role is pivotal in supporting the entire procurement process, from strategic planning and competitive bidding to final negotiation and contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a dedicated pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing engagements, overseeing the full end-to-end procurement process.
- Partner with Category Leads to develop and execute effective sourcing plans, including leading RFP, RFX, and RFI processes, supplier consolidation, and co-terming.
- Establish effective negotiation plans and guide internal clients through the contracting process with proficient contract review and drafting skills.
- Engage with internal business requestors to identify requirements and formulate them into specific competitive bid documentation.
- Ensure the application of fair business practices, adherence to compliance, and continually examine ways to improve ESM processes.
- Provide support to Category Leads on high complexity engagements, including requisition and purchase order creation.
Essential Skills
Procurement and strategic sourcing expertise.Strong negotiation skills for pricing and terms and conditions.3-5 years of relevant procurement experience.Experience in RFP / RFI management.Proficiency in contract drafting and review.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Deep knowledge in leading RFP, RFX, and RFIs.Excellent client support skills.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Strong MS Office Skills.Experience with Oracle is preferred.Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with onsite requirements, details provided during the interview.
The work schedule is 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM EST, with flexibility on start and end times.
During the contract period you will have 5 days PTO available after 30 days as well as 6 paid holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.
