We are seeking a VP of Operations for a Medical Device company on the East Coast United States. The successful candidate would have the following experience :
- Minimum of 15 years experience as a supplier to the Medical Device industry.
- Experience in a regulated environment manufacturing for Class III medical devices, ISO 13485
- Experience managing operations for a $50M+ global organization, with strong financial acumen.
- Experience with multi-site operations / plant leadership, rapid growth, and site expansion in an international context.
- Experience with automation, and implementing digital strategy for Operations Technology.
- Experience in leading manufacturing, SCM, and SHE.
- Project management and Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement experience.
- Experience must include influencing and directing the work of others both functionally and cross-functionally.
This is an on-site role, relocation to the PA is required.
