Responsibilities :
- Accountant assistant works under the supervision of the financial team and will complete projects as assigned
- Maintain contact details regarding invoice, deductions, and payment schedules
- Responsible for manage of L / C, purchase order, chargeback
- Ensure reporting is in accordance with the terms of each document or invoice
- Posting entries in Microsoft Dynamics
- Preparing L / C document
- Account payable
- Preparing and analyzing variances
Qualifications :
- Excellent in math, verbal communication, writing and organizational skills
- Be able to work effectively and ensure follow up project with supervisor
- Excel proficiency
- Accounting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferable)
- 1 year
