We are currently seeking a General Manager and Floor Management to join our team.
Qualifications for employment :
- Must have 5 years of experience in Hotel / Food & Beverage
- Previous restaurant management and / or training experience is a must
- Must have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver an amazing guest experience
- Must be able to schedule, direct, coordinate and implement policy and procedures, handle any and all guest issues.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop their team
- Ability to juggle many tasks and handle critical deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to attend to high-end clientele
- Flexible and Open Full-Time Schedule
- Fashionable Sense of Style & Dress
- Leadership qualities exhibited through work ethic and integrity
- Experience with Aloha is a plus
