Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Input, update, and maintain data in databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries from the data as required.
- Follow established data management procedures and protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
