Your mission : deliver top-notch experiences for our customers and lead the market with groundbreaking solutions!
Key Responsibilities :
- Be the expert on commercial controls and SaaS products.
- Own the product roadmap and lead successful launches.
- Innovate new strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to identify product enhancements.
- Complete user engagements, empathy mappings, journey mappings to create prioritization modeling of new features
- AGILE process including excellent epic and user story writing
- Analyze market data to set pricing strategies.
- Guide Marketing in creating awesome promotional materials.
- Act as a bridge between the factory and our team for product specs and lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities with trade organizations to boost our brand image.
- Manage projects to ensure they're on time and within budget.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Willing to travel up to 20% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly international
- Be a regular in the office to collaborate with the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Training :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- 3-5 years in the US commercial air conditioning industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
- LEAN Methodology
- Experience with SaaS applications, HVAC, or Building Management Systems.
- Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations.
- Motivated self-starter with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date.
Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid parental / disability / emergency / etc. leave, if eligible.
